By using the 2Zero app, using the website www.2zero.earth and visiting 2Zero's social media channels, you agree to these terms of use.
Download the app
The 2Zero app can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store as well as from the App Store (Apple). The app may only be used for private purposes.
Technical requirements
Compatible hardware and software are required for flawless use of the app. It is recommended to use the latest versions of the required software (Android or IOS). Regular updates of your devices may also be required. Using the app also requires Internet access. We are not responsible for any damage to devices associated with the use of the app.
Content app
With 2Zero, you can calculate your personal CO2 footprint. Suggested challenges/actions help you optimize your carbon footprint. In addition, you have the opportunity to join a community that offers initiatives such as the Klimathon, teams and additional challenges. We reserve the right to change the app at any time in a way that is reasonable for the user, e.g. to further develop and improve it. This applies to both technical and content-related developments.
Site/Social media
The website and social media channels on Instagram and Facebook provide information about 2Zero and the participating project partners and cooperation partners. There is the latest news and helpful tips about climate protection. We are responsible for the content of our website and social media channels in accordance with general laws, in particular Section 7 (1) of the Telemedia Act. All content is created with due care and to the best of our knowledge. Insofar as we link to third-party websites on our website, we cannot guarantee the continued timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the linked content, as this content is outside our area of responsibility and we have no influence on the future design. If, in your opinion, content violates applicable law or is inappropriate, please let us know.

The content of our apps is protected by copyright. 2Zero reserves all rights. Duplication of all content (such as texts, graphics, video and sound sequences) is only permitted with express permission from 2Zero. The content of the app and its design are subject to the copyright of 2Zero.

Unless otherwise stated, all pages are subject to copyright. This applies in particular to texts, images, logos, graphics, sound and video files, including their arrangement on the websites. Duplication or use of such pages (or parts of them) in other electronic or printed publications and their publication (including on the Internet) is only permitted with prior permission. The reprinting and evaluation of news reports is of course permitted, provided the source is acknowledged. The editorial team can grant permission to publish the web pages (Impressum). Community conduct guidelines on social media channels
The following rules of conduct apply to respectful cooperation on our social media channels.
It is not allowed...

If these rules are violated, the corresponding comments will be deleted and users will be blocked on our channels.
Final provision
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to the terms of use. These remain binding in their remaining parts even if individual points are legally ineffective. Where applicable, the ineffective points shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
